Bonnie Benhayon

About Bonnie

Bonnie is a born storyteller. She grew up in Bucks County, Pennsylvania where her Kindergarten teacher told her mom that Bonnie would “talk her way through life” taking advantage of her vivid imagination. She graduated from Syracuse University and then moved to Washington, DC.

Prior to devoting herself to writing, Bonnie was a financial services executive in Boston, working in the retirement planning, philanthropic management and environmental finance businesses. The experiences and observations she gained from her years in financial services helped to shape the characters in her writing.

Bonnie served as the Chairman of the board for BBB Wise Giving Alliance and as the Massachusetts state chair for the Red Cross Tiffany Circle.

Today she lives with her husband in Brookline, MA, just a few miles from their daughter and son-in-law. Music, museums, travel and a wide circle of fabulous friends fill her days when she isn’t writing.
